July 29th, 2016:

One year down and I am feeling fantastic! Even more energy throughout the day and more stamina for the intense workouts.

I am noticing more and more physical results in the way my body looks and it is very motivating. I am being pushed to my limits on a regular basis and am doing things I never thought I could do!

Before I wrote this I just completed 150 burpees, which a year ago would have never happened. I would have barely made it through 10!

I have decided to continue with Tom for another year to go beyond my original goal and strive for another.
