When I joined Diamond Fitness Personal Training about a year ago, I had just turned 40 and weighed in at a “not so fit” 180 lbs at 6'2”. I was okay with my overall body figure but my pants were getting tighter (and tighter) and I always longed to have bigger, more defined upper arms, aka “guns”.

Tom's flexibility in his schedule has been extremely helpful for me due to the busy and “all over the place” schedule I keep.  I have been on a one-year membership plan and it has changed my life in such a positive way.  My first goal was to increase my cardio endurance so I wouldn't be out of breath after a small jog.  After that was taken care of I achieved my desire to increase my speed and strength significantly as well as improve my overall physique.  The transformation journey to date has been awesome!  I am finally fit and I feel energized every day and just really healthy.  From slim and tall to fit and ripped, with some “sweet guns”!

This summer I have planned for another fitness goal and Tom has jumped right aboard with high expectations and a great deal of enthusiasm in helping me meet this challenge - to gain 8-10 lbs of pure muscle over an 8 week period.

Tom - I really want to thank you for all that you do for your clients.  For making me accountable, for being professional, for always giving excellent advice, for being just a phone call away but most importantly, for being part of my new healthier fit lifestyle!
